Scope of Services: One of the core objectives of the Good Practice Infrastructure Projects (GPIP) is to demonstrate improved standards of project preparation. These options and feasibility studies are the first step in demonstrating the good practice. The Consultant should therefore aim to produce studies and resulting project solutions which meet both local and internationally accepted standards for design and environmental and social performance, inclusion, gender and Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) approaches, so that each project is well positioned to attract commercially oriented finance, supported by blended finance as necessary, later during the Compact.
