Contract Duration:	Base period of eighteen months, plus six 12-month option periods.
Scope of Services	Fiscal Agent (FA) shall diligently oversee, discharge, and perform all services necessary to ensure that all financial management activities are conducted in strict compliance with the principles, rules, and procedures pursuant to an agreement between the United States and Belize. The FA shall act on behalf of MCA-Belize to provide a broad range of financial management services that are requested by MCA-Belize to implement the activities funded under the CDF Agreement and the Compact with MCC Funding.
