| Scope of Services: | The main objectives of this assignment are to prepare studies, designs, ESIA and RAP for the WSD project. The engineering and related technical services for preparing studies, developing Employer’s Requirements for the Yellow Book delivery for the WWTP, OSHG facility, Outfall and Pumping Stations, developing Works Requirements for the Red Book delivery of Wastewater Networks, developing the Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) / Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and assembling/submitting/clarifying/updating the documentation required for the Timor-Leste Environmental Licenses, obtaining the Environmental License(s) required for construction of the WSD Project, preparing the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) and providing technical assistance during the implementation of the RAP for the entire WSD Project.
