Crown Agents appoints Glyn Isherwood as CFO /

We are delighted to announce that Glyn Isherwood will be joining Crown Agents as Chief Financial Officer in October.  

Glyn brings over two decades of experience in CFO positions in high profile public and commercial organisations in the media industry, alongside extensive Non-Executive Director roles in the International Development Sector. 

As Chief Financial Officer at the BBC, Glyn was instrumental in developing the organisation’s financial strategy while managing the business performance and value for money of its operations. During his tenure as the Group Finance Director at Channel 4, he launched a £20m Growth Fund whilst driving value for money across their spend base. In earlier roles at ITV plc he demonstrated his ability to oversee successful projects and lead strategic transformations. 

Glyn has a keen interest in Climate Change and is currently studying part-time towards a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development. He has shown a strong long-term interest in the sector as a Trustee of UNICEF UK and Treasurer of Amnesty International UK. Currently, Glynn serves as a Treasurer of Start Network, the humanitarian agencies network.
